Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01342
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The roof tiles to be used for the new garage shall match those of the existing dwelling as closely as possible. Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, further particulars of the staining/finish to be applied to the timber cladding of the new garage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing property.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11 & H9 S.B.L.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Location Plan, Site Plan and Elevational Drawings received 12/08/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
