| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

The windows shown on Drawing Number 5603A shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass. REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties. (Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |

The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible. REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building. (Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional windows shall be inserted into the side elevations of the proposed extensions. REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents. (Policies H9, S.B.L.P.; H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |

Before the development is first occupied, the existing detached garage shall be demolished and all materials resulting therefrom shall be removed from the site. REASON: To protect the openness of the Green Belt. (Policies 24 B.S.P.; GB1, S.B.L.P.; GB1 S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |
