| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2)
The windows shown on Drawing Number 5603A shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |

The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional windows shall be inserted into the side elevations of the proposed extensions.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.

Before the development is first occupied, the existing detached garage shall be demolished and all materials resulting therefrom shall be removed from the site.
REASON: To protect the openness of the Green Belt.
