Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed detached dwelling would, because of its size and positioning, be out of character with other properties in the locality harmful to the visual amenities of the street scene and of nearby residents. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011, Policies H2, H6 and BE11 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies H2, H6 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications).
