Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01404/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, 24, B.S.P.;BE9, BE11, H9, GB1, NE1 S.B.L.P.;BE6, BE8, H8, GB1, NE1 S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Nos. 1254/01,1254/02 and 1254/03 received 28/08/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
