Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01417
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) No material other than obscured glass shall be used for the glazing or reglazing of the window shown in blue on Drawing Number LDA6311.3 and this window shall at no time be openable.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Number LDA6311.3 received 1st September 2003 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
