Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01440
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Notwithstanding the details shown on Drawing No. 1-ROC-2003-51-003, the side elevations of the former extension hereby approved shall be tile hung to match the existing roof as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 08/09/03 and Drawing No. 1-ROC-2003-51-003 Issue 2 received on 06/10/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
