The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2)
New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.

The windows coloured blue and shown on Drawings Nos. 2295.02, 2295.03 and 2295.04 received 12/9/03 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.

No additional windows to those shown on Drawings Nos. 229502, 2295.03 and 2295.04 received 12/09/03 shall be inserted into the northern flank elevation of the proposed extension.
