Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01497
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) The windows shown on plan no. 0322.1 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional windows shall be inserted into north facing flank elevation of the proposed extension.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policies H9, S.B.L.P.; H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Nos. 0322.1 and 0322.2 received 23/09/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
