Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01529
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The area shown as car parking on the approved Drawing No. 8 shall be permanently kept open, free from obstruction and available for the parking of vehicles associated with 1 Church Street.
REASON: In order to minimise the danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and the premises.
(Policies T4, T13, S.B.L.P.; T1, T14, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) Before development begins, a scheme for the attenuation of noise and vibration shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The scheme as approved shall be fully implemented before the development is first occupied or brought into use and thereafter retained in its entirety.
REASON: To prevent nuisance from noise and vibration and to safeguard the amenities of the area.
(Policies BE11, S.B.L.P.; BE8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawings Nos. 1-10 received 02/10/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
