Conditions or Reasons:
1) Before development begins, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of all new buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no alterations to the external appearance of the building/s hereby permitted shall be carried out without the prior written approval of the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the external appearance of the building/s in the interests of the amenities of the area.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, S.B.L.P.; BE8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) Before development begins, details of the proposed method of surface water drainage for the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The drainage works as approved shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details before the development is first occupied or brought into use.
REASON: To ensure satisfactory drainage of the site.
(Policies IS4, S.B.L.P.; IS4, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) This approval relates only to the details shown on Drawings Nos. 900B received 23/10/03; 200A revision A, 201A revision B and 202A revision B received 17/11/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
