| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

The en-suite bathroom window shown on Drawing Number 2013/4 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass. REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties. (Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the proposed development. REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents. (Policies H9, S.B.L.P.; H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |

New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible. REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building. (Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |

This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Numbers 2013/1, 2013/2, 2013/3, 2013/4, 2013/5 and 2013/6 received 6th November 2003 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan. REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt. |
