Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its size and siting, appear unduly overbearing and result in an unacceptable loss of light and overshadowing of adjacent properties detrimental to the amenities of the occupiers of those properties. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011, Policies BE11 and H9 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications).
