Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01706
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) The flank elevation facing number 45 Summer Street shall be white-washed within two months of its substantial completion and remain so painted.
REASON: To protect the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No.'s 1597/1/A and 1597/2/A received 14/11/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
