Conditions or Reasons:
1) The South Bedfordshire Local Plan and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications) seek to ensure the retention of adequate separation between buildings which, in the case of a two storey extension and the property boundary, should be a minimum of 1 metre. The proposal does not show this degree of separation, would result in cramped development which would detract from the character of the area, and is therefore contrary to Policy H9 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policy H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications).
