Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. Notwithstanding the details shown, the revised floor plans (drawing no. 20554/2A as amended on 26.7.00), does not constitute approval for the precise position of the new door opening between the kitchen and larder at ground floor level. An area of opening up works shall be agreed with the LPA. A 1:20 scale drawing of the position for the proposed door opening shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA prior to the commencement of this part of the development hereby approved. 3. Notwithstanding the details shown, the revised drawing no. 20554/1A as amended on 26.7.00, does not constitute approval for the precise size and position of the new triple light window to the breakfast area. An area of opening up works shall be agreed with the LPA. A 1:10 scale drawing indicating the detail, size and position for the window shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA prior to the comemncement of this part of the development hereby approved. 4. Notwithstanding the details shown, the revised drawing no. 20554/1A as amended on 26.7.00, does not constitute approval for the precise size and position of the new dormer window on the rear elevation. An area of opening up works shall be agreed with the LPA. A 1:10 scale drawing of the dormer window indicating the detail, size and position for the window shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA prior to the commencement of this part of the development hereby approved. 5. Notwithstanding the details shown, the revised drawing no. 20554/1A as amended on 26.7.00, does not constitute approval for the precise size and position of the proposed first floor window on the north west gable. The window shall not interfere with the existing timber frame and a 1:10 scale drawing of the window indicating the detail, size and position (in relation to the timber frame) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA prior to the commencement of this part of the development hereby approved. 6. All new or replacement windows inserted into the existing building shall be single glazed with white painted joinery unless otherwise agreed in writing by the LPA. 7. Details of materials to be used for the external finishes of the development hereby approved, including tiles and weatherboarding, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA prior to the commencement of works. 8. The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by letter and plans received on the 26.7.00. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 4. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 5.
