Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01768
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) The windows coloured blue and shown on Drawing No. L.D.A. 6320 received 27/11/03 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. L.D.A. 6320 received 27/11/03 and the letter from the Agent (Lugsden Drawing Agency) received 12/1/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
