Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01802
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the proposed work shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) The windows shown coloured blue on Drawing No. 03/2878/01B shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 03/2878/01B received 09/12/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
