Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01813
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The external finish of the walls to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) Details of a screen fence to be erected in the position shown coloured blue on Drawing No. 04103/1 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority and the screen fence as approved shall be erected before the development is first occupied or brought into use and thereafter retained.
REASON: To ensure that privacy is adequately maintained.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 04103/1 received 11/12/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
