| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2)
New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.

The window shown in blue on Drawing No. A.DRI.TODD12/03 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the proposed extension.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.

Any garage shall only be used for purposes incidental to the use of the dwelling for residential purposes and no trade or business shall be carried out therefrom.
REASON: To prevent the introduction of any commercial use.
