Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The greenhouse hereby permitted shall only be used for agricultural purposes as defined in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and for no other purpose.
REASON: To prevent the establishment of an inappropriate commercial use within the Green Belt.
(Policies 6, 7, 24 B.S.P.; GB1 S.B.L.P.; GB1 S.B.L.P.F.R.D.
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the drawings received 11/12/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
