Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01862/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Existing materials shall be re-used as far as possible and any necessary variations shall first be approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing no. ADC/P/P003 received 22/12/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
