Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00037
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) The windows shown in blue on Drawing Number 2003/0912/02 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the proposed extension.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policies H9, S.B.L.P.; H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
5) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), any car port hereby permitted shall be kept permanently available for the parking of motor vehicles.
REASON: To ensure that off-street parking is retained in the interests of highway safety.
(Policies 42, B.S.P.; T13, S.B.L.P.; T14, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
6) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Numbers 2003/0912/02 and 2003/0912/03 received 14th January 2004 and Drawing Number 2003/0912/04A received 2nd February 2004 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
