Conditions or Reasons:
1) The existing development by reason its size, siting and unsympathetic height, would appear unduly obtrusive and overbearing to the occupiers of the adjoining properties. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
