Conditions or Reasons:
1) The timber building hereby permitted shall only be used for ancillary residential purposes and or the sole office use of Mr Higgins and the office use shall extend to no other person, partnership or company.
REASON: In order to ensure that the use is compatible with the Green Belt designation for this area and to safeguard the residential amenity of adjoining occupiers.
(Policies 8, 10, 24, B.S.P; GB1, BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
