Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00114
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Before development begins, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of all new buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Numbers KS/02103/01, KS/02103/02RevC, KS/02103/E05, KS/02103/06'A', KS/02103/10, KS/02103/E03 and KS/02103/E04 received 29/01/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
