Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed gates and screen, by reason of excessive height, would be out of keeping with, and therefore detrimental to, the character and apearance of this Grade II listed building. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy CBE1 of the Deposited Mid Beds First Review Local Plan 1997 and Policy BE6 of the Adopted Mid Beds Local Plan 1993. Signed......................
