Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00172
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the side elevation of the proposed extension.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policy H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) The first floor side window hereby approved shall be opaque glazed and permanently maintained as such.
REASON: In the interests of the residential amenities of the area.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 25/02/04 and Drawing no. 3552-BE-03A received on 18/03/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
