| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
Before development begins, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of all new buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no alterations to the external appearance of the building/s hereby permitted shall be carried out without the prior written approval of the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the external appearance of the building/s in the interests of the amenities of the area.

All on-site vehicular parking and turning areas shall be surfaced and drained in a manner to the District Planning Authority's approval. Details of the proposed method of surface water elsewhere on the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the same Authority. The surfacing and drainage works as approved shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details before the development is first occupied or brought into use.
REASON: To ensure satisfactory parking arrangements and drainage of the site.

This approval relates only to the details shown on drawings nos. 200A rev.A, 201A rev.C and 202A rev.C received 09/02/04 and 203A rev.B received 26/02/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt. |
