Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00187/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork and roof tiles shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) Any garage or car port shall only be used for purposes incidental to the use of the dwelling for residential purposes and no trade or business shall be carried out therefrom.
REASON: To prevent the introduction of any commercial use.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
4) A 1.8 metre high wall or fence shall be erected in the position shown in blue on Drawing No. 1A before the development is first occupied and thereafter retained.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10 B.S.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.R.).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. 1A received 11/02/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
