Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00211
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development fails to make adequate provision for safe and convenient vehicle access and if approved would result in an unacceptable increase in danger for users of the highway and the occupiers of the proposed dwellings. The proposal is accordingly contrary to Policy T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
2) The proposed development would have a detrimental impact on a protected Walnut tree detrimental to the visual amenities and character of the area and contrary to Policies 8 and 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and to Policies NE4 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
