Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00217
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) Before the proposed living area is first occupied or brought into use, the parking scheme shown on the Site Layout Plan shall be completed and thereafter retained for this purpose.
REASON: To ensure provision for car parking clear of the highway.
(Policies 42, B.S.P.; T14, S.B.L.P.R.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 18/02/04 and the Site Layout Plan, Floor Plan and Elevations received 30/03/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
