Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00282/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) A triangular vision splay shall be provided on the southern side of the access from number 30 Gorham Way and shall measure 1.8m along the fence or the rear boundary of the site, and 1.8m measured into the site at right angles to the same line along the side of the access drive. The vision splay so described and on land under the applicant¿s control shall be maintained free of any obstruction to visibility exceeding a height of 600mm above the adjoining footway level.
REASON: To provide adequate visibility between the existing highway and the proposed access of number 30 Gorham Way, and to make the access safe and convenient for the traffic which is likely to use it.

2) The development (fence) hereby granted permission shall be dark stained in colour within 28 days of the date of this permission in accordance with details which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To protect the visual amenities of the area.
(Policies 10, B.S.P. & BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Layout Plan, Site Location Plan and photographs received 03/03/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
