Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00301
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than five years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2) Before development begins, and notwithstanding any details submitted with the application, details of any treatment or fixtures to the surfaces of the walls shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To ensure control over the appearance of the building in the interests of preserving its historic value
3) Before development begins, and notwithstanding any details submitted with the application, a schedule of works for internal alterations and decorations shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule.
Reason: To ensure control over the appearance of the building in the interests of preserving its historic value.
4) This consent relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 923/1 received 05/03/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
