Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00311
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) All plant, machinery and equipment (including refrigeration and air conditioning systems) to be used by reason of this permission shall be so installed, maintained and operated as to prevent the transmission of noise and vibration into any neighbouring premises.
REASON: To prevent nuisance from noise and vibration and to safeguard the amenities of the area.

3) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the proposed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R.).
4) Details and sections of all external joinery shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
REASON: To ensure a satisfactory appearance upon completion of development.

5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Nos. 1283A-1A, 1283A-5A and 1283A-7A received 18/06/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
