Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00312
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than five years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the proposed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Details and sections of all external joinery shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
REASON: To ensure a satisfactory appearance upon completion of development.
(Policies 10 B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R.).
4) This consent relates only to the details shown on Drawing Nos. 1283A-1A, 1283A-5A and 1283A-7A received 18/06/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
