Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00355
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than five years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2) No part of the roof structure of the Listed Building shall be cut or repositioned unless otherwise agreed in writing by the District Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works.
REASON: To protect the special interest of the Listed Building.
3) The details of the replacement ridge shall exactly match those of the previous ridge.
REASON: To protect the special interest of the Listed Building.
4) This consent relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and the detailed specifications received 01/04/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
