Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00358
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) The windows coloured blue and shown on Revised Drawing no. 2036/P/200/P2 received 10/05/04 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R.).
4) The development hatched red on Revised Drawing No. 2036/P/200/P2 received 10/05/04 shall only be used as an annexe/extension to the dwelling and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit.
REASON: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Revised Drawings Nos. 2036/P/200P2 and 2036/P/201P2 received 10/05/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
