Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00443
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review seeks to ensure the retention of adequate separation between buildings which, in the case of a two storey extension and the property boundary, should be a minimum of 1 metre. The proposal does not show this degree of separation, would result in cramped development which would detract from the character of the area, and is therefore contrary to the principles of good design set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structrue Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
