Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building. 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995, (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no works shall be commenced for the extension or material alteration of the building, or the erection of any building or structure within its curtilage, until detailed plans and elevations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or any amendments thereto, the garage accommodation on the site shall not be used for any purpose, other than as garage accommodation, unless permission has been granted by the Local Planning Authority on an application made for that purpose. <<B,U>>Reason(s):<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match/complement the existing building(s) and the visual amenities of the locality. 3. To exclude certain development rights under the said Development Order with a view to safeguarding the appearance of the building and the surrounding area. 4. To retain off-street parking provision and thereby minimise the potential for on-street parking which could adversely affect the convenience of road users. Signed......................
