Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/02/00203/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use hereby permitted shall be carried on for a limited period of four months commencing from the date of this decision notice, at the end of which period the use shall cease.

Reason: The proposal is stated in the application to be for a temporary period only.
2) Within one month of the expiry of this consent, the mobile home shall be removed from the site and the land reinstated to its former condition.

Reason: In accordance with Policy 31 of the County Structure Plan and Policy H4 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, the Local Planning Authority does not normally grant planning permission for additional residential development in rural areas.
3) The occupation of the mobile home shall be limited to a person wholly or mainly employed, or last employed in agriculture as defined in Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or in forestry, or a widow or widower of such a person, and to any resident dependants.

Reason: To ensure that the mobile home hereby permitted is available solely to meet the agricultural needs of adjoining land in accordance with Policy 31 of the County Structure Plan and Policy H4 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan.
