Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00477
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Before the work is commenced and notwithstanding any information submitted with the application, details of the exact siting of the proposed fence and details of the materials to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To ensure control over the appearance of the fence and to preserve the character and appearance of the locality.
(Policies 6, 7, 10 & 24 B.S.P.; GB1, NE2, NE3, & BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 14/5/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
