Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its height, design and juxtaposition with adjoining properties, result in unaccepable overlooking of adjacent dwellings and garden areas, which would be harmful to the privacy and amenity of nearby residents. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
