Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00492/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the proposed building/s shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, 13 B.S.P.; BE2, BE4/5, BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Before the work is commenced and notwithstanding any information submitted with the application, samples and or details of the following:
-details of proposed garage doors and store doors to include their finish;
-details of the window frame and details of the stain/paint to be used;
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details and samples.
REASON: To ensure control over the appearance of the listed building and to preserve its historic character.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Drawing No. SHEL/20403/02A1 received 16/4/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
