Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the proposed porches shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. REASON: To control the appearance of the porches which are located within a prominent position in the Conservation Area. 3. Before development begins, details of the entrance door to the proposed central porch shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority and the door as approved shall be fitted before the development is first used and thereafter retained. Any subsequent replacement door shall be in accordance with details which shall first be agreed in writing by the District Planning Authority. REASON: To control the appearance of the development which is located within a prominent position in the Conservation Area. 4. This permission relates only to the erection of alterations to the front and side porches and the construction of rear deck as confirmed by letter from the applicant dated 13th April 2000. REASON: To identify the scope of this permission and to avoid doubt. 5. This permission relates only to the details shown on drawing nos. O.C/W.E1 and P1 received 13/03/00 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
