Conditions or Reasons:
1) The introduction of three storey development within an area characterised by two storey properties would by reason of its scale, bulk, incongruous design and visual impact constitute an unacceptably assertive form of development which would be out of character with the established street scene. It would therefore be contrary to the principles of good design as set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Plan Review.
