Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/04/00560
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 31/12/04 when the use(s) shall be discontinued, any buildings or structures removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the District Planning Authority has granted permission for its (their) continuation and/or retention.
REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires.
(Policies 8, 10 & 24. B.S.P.;GB1, NE1, BE8 & IS6, S.B.L.P.R.)
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Nos. 01,02 and 03 received 28/04/04 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
