Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed 3.0m high fence, because of its height and position bordering a public footpath, would appear as an unduly intrusive, incongruous and overbearing feature which would detract from the character of the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
