Conditions or Reasons:
1) The site is too restricted to allow a satisfactory form of development to be carried out and would allow insufficient space about the building for the enjoyment of the occupants. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H2, H6 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
