Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development (fence) hereby granted permission shall be dark stained in colour within 28 days of the date of this permission in accordance with details which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To protect the visual amenities of the area.
(Policy 10; B.S.P., BE8, S.B.L.P.R)
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on Block Plan, Site Location Plan and Photographs received 09/06/2004 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
