Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its height and massing, have an unduly overbearing effect which would be harmful to the living conditions of nearby residents. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
